「星医会賞に関する規定」
＜主旨＞
平成５年（１９９３年）は東海大学医学部同窓会創立１５周年にあたり、その記念事業のひとつとして星医会賞を制定することにした。本賞は、新進気鋭の星医会会員の研究を奨励するものであり、賞状並びに副賞を以て栄誉を称える。


I．総則
1．星医会に星医会賞をもうける。
2．本賞はすぐれた研究業績を発表した本会会員に対して、選考の上、星医会総会において授与し、受賞者および当該研究事業は会報に掲載される。
3．本賞は賞状並びに副賞よりなる。
4．受賞者は受賞後、星医会総会より受賞講演を要請されることがある。


II．選考
5．受賞候補業績（以下単に受賞業績という）の範囲は、原則として英語あるいは日本語による学術論文とし、本会会員が筆頭著者であるものとする。
6．受賞業績の筆頭者を受賞とし、受賞資格は本会入会後１０年以内とする。
7．受賞業績は自薦・他薦を問わない。
8．毎年１１月３０日を締め切りとし、前年１２月１日から当年１１月３０日までに掲載された学術論文を受賞業績の対象とし、所定の申請用紙および別刷を本部事務局に提出することで受賞業績として受理される。
9．受賞業績は選考委員会において選考され、評議員会の承認をもって受賞を決定する。
10．選考員会は、理事、評議員の互選による委員若干名および名誉会員、特別会員若干名をもって構成され、委員長は選考委員の互選で決定する。委員の任期は３年とし、再選を妨げない。なお委員会が必要と認めた場合は、会員以外から選考委員を選出することおよび専門家の意見を得て選考の参考とすることができる。
附則： 本規定は平成５年１０月１日より実施する
平成９年９月１２日改正。
